can use this screen to view the attendance of
an employee for a selected month. Software will
automatically generate this attendance sheet based
on the entries you make in the annual leave screen
and other leave screen. In this screen each day
is split into two half's "Morning" and
"Evening". |

this sheet you can enter the overtime for different
employees belonging to different departments. This overtime
sheet is specially designed to meet the requirement
of Middle East so it includes normal
overtime and Ramadan overtime (during Ramadan month).Once
you enter the overtime hour the software will automatically
calculate the overtime salary. Customization can be
done as per the requirement. |

this screen you can enter the personnel details of the
employees. The personnel screen includes details like
general employee information, passport & labour card details,
earnings, leave details, air ticket details, memos etc.

per the need of different size and employee culture

This
screen can be used to handle the payroll of the company.
From this screen you have access different other screens
like attendance, overtime, annual leave, other leave,
air ticket which is relevant for the selected employee
for the selected month. The salary sheet shown above
is the salary sheet you get when you login with "Admin"
rights. When you login with "Accounts" you
get a different screen with read only access to the
above mentioned screen plus few other screens like deductions,
other payments, fixed over time etc. The system will
automatically calculate the salary based on the attendance
and overtime. Once other payments, deductions etc are
entered and verified the salary can be generated for
all the employees. You can also generate different reports
from the system based on salary like bank report, department
wise report etc.
